The LACDA supports local economies in Los Angeles County by promoting business growth, and encouraging job creation and retention through business incubators and commercial lending.

Business Technology Center (BTC) - One of the largest technology business incubators in the United States that helps companies grow from “great ideas” into thriving businesses through business management support, technical assistance, and coordination of financial resources.

RENOVATE - A business rehabilitation program that provides financial assistance for exterior façade improvements to businesses located in unincorporated county areas, as well as design assistance, asbestos testing, and construction management services at no cost to the property owner.

SMART Funding - A small business loan program which helps existing businesses acquire and develop property, finance working capital needs, expand operations, and purchase equipment/machinery to create new business opportunities in Los Angeles County.

Tenant Improvement Loan Program - A partnership with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority that targets tenant improvements to ground floor retail/commercial spaces in Transit Oriented Communities.
